Starters:
Salad: Available throughout the year, our salads are made with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, all served with a sweet’n’spicy sauce. Choose the size that suits your appetite.
Tomato & Mozzarella in Carrozza: Crisp lettuce and ripe tomatoes, melting cheese coated in ultra-crunchy breadcrumbs; or how to give a crunchy twist to a classic dish.
Cold cuts: An indulgently tempting selection of Italian and local cold meats, regularly renewed to enable you to discover as wide a range as possible.
Soup of the month: Every month we prepare a seasonal soup (sometimes hot, sometimes warm) with produce delivered straight from the market.
Tam Mee: A traditional local dish, prepared to order with our home-made spaghetti. Will you dare to order it spicy… or not?
Pasta:
Inspired by classic Italian recipes, we make our own egg pasta the traditional way. We leave you the difficult decision about the quantity and type of pasta to accompany our various home-made sauces.
Sugo Pomodoro “Gemma”: Undoubtedly the most famous of all pasta sauces, our tomato sauce is directly inspired by classic Italian recipes, with the addition of Lao basil to create that unique Asian touch.
Carbonara: A delicious creamy sauce to which we add quality smoked bacon. You are free to choose whether or not to add an egg yolk, the supreme finishing touch for a classic Italian dish that never fails to impress.
Laapasta: A sauce that is without doubt the most delicious fusion of European and Far East flavour, of a good Bolognese and the ingredients of a traditional laap. Laapasta is a celebration of both Italian and Lao cuisine. But don’t forget to mention your preference for spicy or mild.
All’Arrabbiata: Take a succulent tomato sauce and add peperoncino. There you have it, the basic ingredients of a timelessly classic Italian sauce. “All’arrabbiata” may well mean “angry” in Italian, but we guarantee that, on the contrary, our recipe will leave you in an excellent mood.
Fiery Coconut Curry: A recipe inspired by South-East Asian flavours, without forgetting our extra touch of spice, so characteristic of the region. A dish to discover; over to you to prove that chilli peppers don’t make your eyes water.
Lao Sausage: An indulgent and delicious blend combining a creamy sauce and local produce, namely garlic, chilli pepper and a really excellent sausage. But beware, it can become addictive!
Seafood: A dish that tastefully combines both flavours and colours: seafood with classic pasta and squid ink. Let us know if you prefer your dish spicy or not.
Pho: An original and totally delicious pasta soup. We took our inspiration from the typical soups of South-East Asia and added our fresh pasta for a result that is as surprising as it is unique.

Vegetarian: Give way to temptation and enjoy our fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables over a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, all served with a delicious mayonnaise sauce. A home-made sandwich guaranteed to convert any meat-eater to vegetarian food.
Tuna: The State of PastaTM gives a new twist to a classic and timeless recipe. A sandwich that combines marinated tuna and fresh vegetables with just the right amount of our spicy sauce. Not to be trusted in the hands of just anyone.
Ham: We have, of course, taken care to select a quality ham to accompany our superb homemade bread. A few slices of tomato and lettuce, a touch of mayonnaise. Simple but perfect. Enjoy!
Lasagna:
Our three different types of lasagne all have the same base: fresh homemade pasta, our famous tomato sauce and a delicious béchamel. Our lasagne comes in two different sizes so, whether you are ordering for one or for a party of four, there will be plenty for everyone.
Laapasta: Classic Italian cuisine given a The State of PastaTM twist. Instead of layering our lasagne with a Bolognese sauce, we have replaced it with our laapasta. But if you order a dish for four, don’t forget you have to leave some for the others!
Fish: The ideal lasagne for any fish-lover. Each day we select the best fresh fish from our local suppliers to ensure the highest possible quality and freshness for our dishes.
Vegetarian: Try our amazing 100% vegetarian green lasagna and enjoy a real surprise. Made using seasonal vegetables and ideal for small and medium-sized appetites. We are totally confident that you’ll love it, right from the first mouthful.
Ravioli:
If our ravioli is so good, it’s because it is made by hand, right in front of you. We have gone back to basics, back to the way ravioli was hand-made in Italy for centuries.
Meat: Faithful to our idea of fusion cuisine, we fill our ravioli with some amazing Asian flavours. Not quite a Bolognese and not quite a laap, our combination of ingredients will take you on a journey from Italy to the Far East.
Fish: We use fresh fish from one of our local suppliers for our ravioli filling and to ensure that the quality of our products is always beyond reproach. Then we add a little garlic, onion and ginger for a dish that delights the palate.
Vegetarian: Did someone say vegetarian dishes are bland and tasteless? Determined to put an end to that reputation we have created a ravioli with fresh vegetables that explodes with flavour. Tasting is believing!
Desserts:
Nutella focaccia: The ideal dessert for those who love the indulgent things in life. Proof that sometimes simple is best; our homemade focaccia bread topped the world’s most popular spread. Quite simply… delicious.
Chocolate fondant: The end of the meal and still a little room left? Our chocolate fondant is exactly what you need. With a creamy coulis that goes perfectly with the accompanying seasonal fruits.
Tiramisu: A traditional recipe brought up-to-date. If the coffee flavour of our tiramisu is so good and so intense it is because we use Chicco d’Oro coffee. The perfect dessert to end any meal.
